Cult screen a classic cult horror movie that they love… the only catch is, they don’t tell anyone what it is and you will find out once they hit play on the night. Come dressed as your favourite horror character, with a prize for the best dressed!

Cult Cinema Sunday: Putting the Cult in the City of Culture. The original, challenging and just plain cool from the world of cult & genre film – life’s too short for bad movies. The night has the perfect mix of Thieving Harry’s food, craft beers, free film quiz, prize raffle, and custom made alternative movie posters. Check out our range of alt movie posters for sale.

The film will be preceded by a short film by claymation filmmaker Lee Hardcastle: The Evil Dead in 60 seconds with clay

Programme details

6.00pm: Doors open. Advance ticket holders get fast-track entry and first choice of the comfy chairs!

6.30pm: Cult Cinema Sunday’s famous free movie quiz, with great prizes to be won.

7:45pm: Introduction and trailers.

8.00pm: HALLOWEEN MYSTERY MOVIE

TBC: Film ends.

Tickets

Tickets can be purchased from the Hull Box Office website for just £4 in advance.

By purchasing tickets in advance you are making sure you are able to get a seat! Also advance ticket holders get free cinema snacks, and shall be given priority entry to Fruit on the night if you arrive for doors opening at 6pm. Tickets will be available on the door at £5.
