An American student living a privileged existence at Glasgow School of Art faces the unexpected death of her father. Consumed with her loss, she finds herself re-examining both her life and inner circle. Made in close conjunction with the Scottish band Biffy Clyro, who worked on both the storyline and the score.

Synopsis

After her father’s funeral, American student Caitlin leaves her grieving mother behind to return to her third-year studies at the Glasgow School of Art. There she juggles her grief and end-of-year presentation with meeting a new guy, Rory, and a rupture in her relationship with her housemate and BFF Hannah. Can she again find balance in her turbulent life?

Programme Details

Vue Cinema is open all day, so why not come along early to grab a drink and a snack? Doors to the screening room usually open around twenty minutes before the performance starts.

The programme runtime includes an allowance for introductions and trailers. This may vary and in some cases, the film will begin immediately after a short introduction. While we will endeavour to accommodate latecomers, this may not always be possible. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse entry, without a refund, to anyone arriving after the advertised programme start time.

Tickets Terms and Conditions

If any tickets remain unsold they can be purchased on the door on the night of the screening, but we strongly advise buying in advance. Advance tickets must be purchased; we cannot reserve tickets.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We reserve the right to refuse admission, without refund, to anyone arriving after the advertised start time.

If you purchase a membership or student ticket your membership card/student ID MUST be presented along with your ticket on the door when you come to a film. If you do not have your membership card/student ID we reserve the right to charge an additional £1 for your ticket.
